This Senior Executive position will be responsible for supporting the commercial manager in performing cost management functions, including budget planning, controlling, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will also assist in managing major capital and small in-house projects, oversee department outsourcing and facility maintenance contracts, and improve departmental processes and systems to increase work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the commercial manager in performing cost management functions, including budget planning, controlling, forecasting, and reporting.
  2. Assist in managing major capital and small in-house projects, and oversee department outsourcing and facility maintenance contracts.
  3. Improve departmental processes and systems to increase work efficiency, perform data analysis, prepare reports and recommendations, and handle high-level administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
  4. Coordinate specialized cleaning tasks such as glass and carpet cleaning, sanitary programs, landscaping maintenance, pest control, and laundry functions, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Pest Management program and ISO documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 - 5 years in a similar administrative and commercial support role.
  • Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with financial management software is advantageous.
