Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Real Time Data Business team as a Market Data Compliance Analyst. This is a critical role within our organisation, requiring a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

In this position, you will act as a primary point of contact on behalf of the Market Data Reporting team in relation to queries, reconciliation and all static data changes made on Real Time accounts. You will also handle account maintenance for all Real Time clients, ensuring they are licensed and billed accurately.

You will work closely with vendors to process new client applications and terminate services, collaborating with internal teams, vendors and clients throughout the onboarding or termination cycle. Additionally, you will collate and upload vendor reports, monitor variances against prior year contracts and perform annual completeness checks.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Handling client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Reconciling data and ensuring accuracy
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to process new client applications and terminate services
• Collating and uploading vendor reports and monitoring variances against prior year contracts
• Performing annual completeness checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate or graduate calibre degree, in-depth knowledge of real-time market data policies globally, previous experience in a similar position and excellent interpersonal skills. You must be organised, proactive and solution-driven, with good Excel skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
