As Senior Executive for Key Account Management, you will drive growth within our motorcycle industry segment by managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new motorcycle dealers through partnerships and sales channels.
- Support dealers with inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments and due diligence for onboarding applications.
- Arrange facility agreements with dealers and review existing facilities and performance.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong interest and passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet targets/KPIs.
- Owning transport and willingness to travel outside Klang Valley.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects to cater to our diverse customer base.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
