Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our SG Hub team. As an Admin & Support Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the operational efficiency of our contact centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors or vendors.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide support in preparing reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Team Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing materials for meetings.
  • Compliance and Procedures:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
