We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Malaysia, Penang. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
You will be working closely with our operations teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Additionally, you will be required to travel overseas for business trips and events.
Key Responsibilities- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
- Conducting sales calls and client visits to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Preparing tailored quotations and proposals to meet client needs
- Managing daily customer inquiries and processing orders in a timely manner
- Compiling and presenting weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance
- Researching and analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Studies (minimum Diploma)
- Knowledge of CCN/Customs Regulations and Valuable Cargo
- At least 2 years' experience in international cargo movement, freight forwarding, or logistics industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
