This role involves collaborating across teams to drive strategic advancements in platform quality and experience. You will work closely with the Manager, Platform Quality & Experience, and contribute to project rollouts that enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality of users on our platform, ensuring a superior experience across all facets.
  • Drive project rollouts, providing analytical insights and aligning stakeholders on quality standards.
  • Analyze user journeys, leveraging real-time feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management, Consulting, Strategy, or Business Analysis.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify process gaps, and devise strategic improvement plans.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
