We are seeking a highly skilled Record-to-Report Accounting Manager to join our Global Business Services team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting and analysis, general accounting, and RTR operations functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly close process for Financial Reporting & Analysis, General Accounting, and RTR Operations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and analysis related to Financial Reporting & Analysis, General Accounting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial accounting, including 4 years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
