Cheil Malaysia, a reputable advertising agency in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a seasoned Retail POSM Assistant Manager to oversee its retail marketing operations.

About the Job:
  • Maintain close partnerships with clients to deliver consulting solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead project planning, idea generation, and overall project execution, including managing production work and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of solid experience in retail marketing and field force management, preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile phone industry. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and report writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective retail marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze retail business data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, sensitive to figures and statistics package.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Self-improvement, strategic mindset, focus, and presentability.
  • Basic level of Photoshop (or illustrator) will be an advantage.
  • Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
