**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury retail store in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury goods and the ability to represent the brand effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop annual strategies, objectives, and action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with concierges and intermediaries, ensuring compliance with Retail guidelines.
  • Conduct regular market share benchmarking and generate monthly reports to inform business decisions.
  • Act as an Ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of service to customers.
  • Professionally handle customer service and client issues, implementing an effective data capture and follow-up system.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and one-to-one meetings with sales staff to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage store staff and security guards, delegating operational activities and establishing clear responsibilities.
  • Evaluate and propose staff evolution plans, including benefits, bonus, and career development.
  • Implement guidelines for compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.
  • Ensure full implementation of the store checklist, including merchandising and catering.
  • Analyse Mystery shopping feedback and develop corrective action plans to improve customer experience.
  • Organise CRM activities and manage events to enhance market presence and drive sales.
  • Control store expenses, maintain accurate daily traffic counting, and ensure the store is presented in a premium manner.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods and the ability to represent the brand effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
