We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale card technology transformation and migration projects.



Responsibilities

  2. Leadership: Lead, build and manage a team of IT system analysts supporting card platform and strategic projects.
  3. System Development: Build, manage and implement system capabilities based on understanding of business functions and in line with architecture strategy.
  4. Functional Solution Design: Be responsible for functional solution construct for card processor (CardLink-Mainframe) platform and distributed platform teams.
  5. Cross-Functional Analysis: Ensure cross-functional analysis is carried out during requirement and solution phase by tapping into collective knowledge of business, system analysts, operations and cross-functional technology teams.
  6. Design Solution Partnership: Plan and partner with domain architects to establish design solution by sharing and validating options in context of requirements and technology roadmap.
  7. Capability Building: Build the team's capabilities to consistently maintain repository of system features inventory and data maps for the cards domain.
  8. Innovative Problem-Solving: Lead and engage in innovative problem-solving activities requiring conceptual thinking creating 'out of the box' solutions with prototypes and pilots.
  9. Process Establishment: Establish processes for system analysts to elicit detailed requirements from all impacted business and control teams.
  10. Collaboration: Partner with program managers and business solution specialists to collate, understand and finalize functional requirements.
  11. Application Development and Testing Team Engagement: Build a culture of collaboration with application development and testing teams to ensure requirements and solutions are correctly understood, refined as well as being translated into equivalent deliverables at each stage of execution.
  12. MVP Based Decision Making: Facilitate discussion of concepts with business, operations and technology stakeholders in order to establish use cases, lead with establishing MVP based on priorities and cost involved.
  13. E0/E1 Sizing and Tshirt Sizing: Establish E0/E1 sizing and T-shirt sizing best-in-class models across cards technology by connecting needs, requirements with solution options and dependency factors.
  14. Quality Delivery Assurance: Champion the delivery of high quality cards systems design and ensure adherence to global architecture principles, enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
  15. Team Enablement: Inspire and drive the team to be superior cards subject matter experts in specializing across cards systems and cultivate wider insights and hands-on delivery capabilities for the cards technology organization.
  16. Tech Excellence and Innovation: Foster an environment of technology excellence and innovation.
  17. Inter-Functional Collaboration: Plan & collaborate across cross-functional domain application teams outside cards technology to manage functional, technical and security related dependencies of the solution.
  18. Testing and Deployment: Partner with test management teams to review test strategy/test scripts, ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality outcomes.
  19. Issue Resolution: Manage function validation support during UAT phases to ensure that requirement exit criteria are met correctly.
  20. Peer Relationships and Influence: Build exceptional peer relationships with key stakeholders and be able to influence key outcomes. Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.
  21. Complex Environment Management: Demonstrate energy and ability to function in an intense & complex environment demonstrating initiative and operating with an ownership attitude to deliver results.
