About the Role:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll, staff claims, performance appraisal, preparing letters, attendance and records, compensation, reporting, and analysis, employee relations, and other critical tasks.

You will also oversee recruitment processes from start to finish, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks. Furthermore, you will coordinate internal and external trainings, events, and programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Full spectrum of HR functions: Payroll, staff claims, performance appraisal, preparing letters, attendance and records, compensation, reporting and analysis, employee relations, etc.
  • Recruitment processes: Advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement and coordination, reference checks.
