Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the APJ region. This position involves leading the bottom-up sales forecasting process, identifying key drivers, tracking changes, and managing backlog and shipment metrics. The individual will partner closely with the Japanese Sales Operations Analyst to ensure seamless operations across the sales organization.

The successful candidate will assist in coordinating the worldwide distributor forecast, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, this individual will lead the Beat and Raise revenue strategy for the team, driving accurate sales forecast inputs and supporting the company's goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Forecasting: Lead the bottom-up sales forecasting process for the APJ region, identifying key business drivers, changes, and trends. Track and analyze backlog and shipments to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Japanese Sales Operations Analyst to ensure alignment and provide a seamless experience for the APJ sales organization.
  • Worldwide Distributor Forecast Coordination: Assist in the preparation, tracking, and measurement of the worldwide distributor forecast against KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Revenue Programs: Drive the Beat and Raise revenue strategy for the team by coordinating sales forecast inputs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support the achievement of the company's objectives by aligning revenue programs and sales forecasting efforts with broader business strategies.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Identify risks and opportunities within the sales forecast and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales systems and tools, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align on revenue-driving strategies and initiatives.
