Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in accelerating our data & AI project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success. Key responsibilities include leading the DPS-Malaysia team, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

As a seasoned professional in data engineering and analytics, you will leverage your expertise to provide professional data services, drive internal and external project delivery, and contribute to the development of our AI-enabled ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the DPS-Malaysia team to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment, fostering team development and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-DPS and function teams to accelerate data & AI project delivery.
  • Play a pre-sales role, working with the AP sales team to identify qualified business opportunities and convert them into contracts successfully.
  • Lead delivery resources of DPS-Malaysia to provide professional data services, driving internal and external project delivery success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data engineering and analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of data & AI techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in Databricks, AI, or a related field is a plus.
