We're looking for a talented Transformation Program Lead to join our team at Businesslist. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business change and deliver meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement a Transformation Roadmap: Create a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with our overall business strategy and objectives.
  2. Foster Collaboration and Communication: Engage with key stakeholders, including GSC, FBT, BTC, PU, and functional teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitor and Report Progress: Track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  4. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Proactively manage risks and issues, and resolve interdependencies within the transformation program.
  5. Project Initiation and Scoping: Define project scope, coordinate with stakeholders, and establish a solid foundation for project success.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders across different levels and functions.
