Job Description:
  • Coordinate with team members to identify issues, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot faulty devices.
  • Participate in the implementation of project onsite, including installation, cabling, switch configuration, acceptance testing, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support teams on project technical problem resolution and implementation issues.
  • Prepare necessary documents in advance, including configuration scripts, cable connection tables, and project/service acceptance reports.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports or customer-level reports when required.
  • Handle parts inwards and outwards of the warehouse.
  • Manage warehouse inventory accordingly and conduct stock checks upon request, supporting parts delivery to the data centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduates with a degree in an IT-related discipline or individuals with 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English and other languages.
