Responsibilities
  1. Order Processing Management: Oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Country Requirements Awareness: Aware and flexible to each country's requirements e.g. MOQ, labels.
  3. Purchasing Team Leadership: Lead and mentor purchasing team to meet performance and order fulfilment targets.
  4. Performance Metrics Analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent studied.

Functional Experience: Minimum 6-8 years relevant working experience.

Industry Knowledge: Retail/Wholesale business.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and Power BI, basic knowledge of SAP an asset.

Language Skills: English & Local Language (Business Level).
