Service Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Inside Sales representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our service spare parts to potential customers via phone, email, and/or other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointment for service sales team and follow up to win order.
- Provide support on enquiries related to service order and respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and leads.
- Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers through active listening and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
- Responsible to fill up customer - vendor form, code of conduct and form related matter.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development.
Requirements
- Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
