Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our team in Melaka. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Selling and promoting bancassurance products to identify customer segments for new sales
  • Performing prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales
  • Participating in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Building business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
  • Providing financial advice and follow-up service on policy matters to customers
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Mandarin speaking: Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply
  • For non-mandarin speaking: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the financial industry or similar experience in Bancassurance
