Job Responsibilities:

  • We seek a responsive Customer Service Representative to engage with clients via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • This role involves assisting customers with order tracking, delivery status updates, and return processing.
  • The ideal candidate will handle product return and exchange requests efficiently and professionally.
  • They will resolve post-purchase complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A strong focus on providing accurate information regarding product care, usage, and return policies is essential.
  • Effective documentation of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system is crucial.
  • This role requires collaboration with other departments, such as logistics and product teams, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers with post-purchase queries is vital.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are required.
  • Candidates with Mandarin language proficiency have an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates or those with SPM equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
