They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and efficiency of the PTP process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and mentor a team of PTP specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and development.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and efficiency of the PTP process.
  • Oversee the entire procure-to-pay process, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and supply chain, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Fluency in Korean (both verbal and written) is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procure-to-pay processes, with at least 2 years in a leadership, senior or supervisory role. Open for candidates who are willing to step up to be a team lead.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
