Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and PCD Engineer to join our team at The HEINEKEN Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our production and utilities equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs and TPM tools.
  • Manage and organize asset master data within our CMMS system.
  • Execute PCD security activities and ensure compliance with HeiQuest standards.
  • Monitor asset performance and plant availability.
  • Support the maintenance team in optimizing PM strategies and spare parts management.
  • Conduct tagging and CAPEX planning as required.
  • Propose and implement AM support policies for automation.
  • Support the development of technical maintenance skills among technicians and operators.
  • Manage and maintain automation backup data.
  • Report on maintenance KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plant automation.
  • More than 3 years of maintenance experience and managing people.
  • Highly competent in process automation and process information systems.
  • Good knowledge of PCD security concepts and IT systems.
  • Facilitating skills and experience with RCM, FMECA, TPM, and other maintenance optimizing methods.
