We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Your primary responsibility will be to attend outbound and inbound calls, provide excellent services to meet customer expectations, and handle complaints effectively with confidence.

You will also be responsible for performing telesales for all Insurance Products, promoting the TCAP EZ Connect app, and providing relief functions during the absence of any team member.

To succeed in this role, you should have minimum Diploma/Degree in any field, a minimum of 1 year of working experience in Customer Service, and well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Additionally, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be effective in multitasking, a fast learner, and a strong team player.
