This key individual will be responsible for overall Accounts Receivable activities by delivering accurate, compliant, and timely services to NS BlueScope Coated Products and BlueScope Building Solution's entities in the ASEAN region.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Financial Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of cash collections and invoicing processes.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and shared services functions to ensure smooth month-end closing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance OR SPM Holder with more than 10 years' experience of AR background.
  • Able to read, write and speak fluently in English. Able to interpret accurately and respond appropriately.
  • Minimum 3-5 years Accounts receivable experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP system (M3 knowledge preferred).
