About BIT Group Sdn Bhd
We are seeking an experienced Finance Cum Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial transactions, including issuing invoices and recording accounts receivable and payable.
Key Responsibilities
- Issuing invoices and tracking accounts receivable and payable in a timely manner.
- Preparing financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Closing monthly and yearly accounts with high accuracy.
- Supporting the HR process, including attendance management, overtime calculation, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Tracking HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress.
- Assisting Heads of Departments (HODs) in completing performance appraisals and developing training programs.
- Managing office administration tasks, such as inventory control and equipment maintenance.
- Maintaining employee records and processing payroll with high attention to detail.
- Providing administrative support to the finance and administration team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage.
