This position is responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our corporate networks and systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and availability of our systems.
- System Maintenance: Research and recommend new technology to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. Implement system updates, modifications or deletions according to established change management policy and procedure.
- System Ownership: Take ownership of systems, networks, technologies, inventory or processes that provide a solution to a business function of Plexus. Ensure the availability, integrity, security and recoverability of Plexus data on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
- User Support: Resolve complex operational issues regarding areas of expertise or assignment, utilizing Plexus policies and/or procedures.
- Project Work: Collaborate with members of global IT to deploy high complexity purchased or developed technologies that support business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols.
