We are looking for a dedicated Artwork Production Manager to oversee the creation and production of high-quality artwork for our clients at Rtist.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer artwork, communicating with customers regarding artwork errors, and following up closely with customers from obtaining orders until artwork is confirmed.
Main Tasks:
- Supervise the entire artwork production process.
- Review and verify customer artwork to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Address customer queries and resolve artwork-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Closely monitor the customer order process from receipt of order to completion of print-ready file for production.
- Design and create FA layouts/artworks upon client request.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of printing guidelines to produce suitable products for various applications.
- Participate in quality management processes to maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards and improve organizational efficiency.
