Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of the courier services, including supervising sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages
  • Develop knowledge of different courier systems used for parcel tracking and managing deliveries, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining service quality standards
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times; improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs; take corrective actions to address any performance issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints; implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maintain strong relationships
  • Learn logistic processes, including warehousing and transportation
  • Develop the ability to analyze data and prepare regular reports on operational performance and other relevant data for senior management
  • Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM holder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed (may need to work during weekends & public holidays), 6 days full-time, 9 am - 6 pm
  • Preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate to other states (within Malaysia)
