Job Description

An accounts administrator should be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships that promote satisfaction and retention.

Using their organization and time management skills, one should be able to ensure every client gets the attention they need.

Employing their listening skills to identify client issues and find potential solutions. Finding and enrolling new clients using their leadership, communication and sales.

Responsibilities include auditing financial documents, conducting financial audits, reconciling bank statements, calculating taxes when filling out annual returns, and identifying numerical errors in data entry.

Auditing financial documents involves reviewing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Conducting financial audits requires analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement.

Reconciling bank statements involves verifying transactions and ensuring accurate balances. Calculating taxes when filling out annual returns requires applying tax laws and regulations.

Solid data entry skills are essential for identifying numerical errors and ensuring accuracy.

This role requires a BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field and proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations, hands-on experience with accounting software, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
