Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data into ERPs;">
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately processed and recorded;">
  • Responding to client inquiries and other clerical tasks related to maintaining the accounts receivable records;">
  • Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients' billing issues;">
  • Facilitating payment of invoices due by emailing bill reminders to clients;">
