About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with various engineering and production groups to ensure test program, infrastructure, and system readiness for new product introduction as well as high volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain functional test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test program, infrastructure, and system readiness for new product introduction and high volume manufacturing.
  3. Improve device yield, reliability, and quality through test condition optimization, advanced redundancy analysis schemes, data analysis, and test equipment hardware optimization.
  4. Provide cost-effective and innovative solutions for production test flow optimization with cutting-edge test time reduction methodologies.
  5. Develop and release test programs to production in a timely manner.
  6. Assist process and production teams by providing necessary engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related engineering field.
  2. Good programming skills; Python/C++ knowledge will be an added advantage.
  3. Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Good understanding of semiconductor device physics will be an added advantage.
  6. Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment will be an added advantage.
