About the Job:

  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and Business Development team to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, communicating clearly and transparently throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver innovative design solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Possess expertise in a range of software tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, construction methodologies, and office Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) applications.
  • Design projects within defined parameters, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Continuously research and enhance design knowledge and skills, both individually and collaboratively.
  • Ensure high design quality within the project team while mentoring junior designers to enhance collaboration and skill development.
  • Comply with Malaysian building codes and local Building-By-Laws, effectively executing space planning.
  • Provide clear and structured project status reports to superiors.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business and project goals.
  • Oversee quality control for all design document deliverables presented to clients.
  • Align work with company and department strategies, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the company's Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO45001, ISO14001).
