Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager (Face to Face) to lead our Face to Face Roadshows, Events, Marketing, and Sales team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves managing a team of fundraising professionals, driving performance, and implementing strategies to enhance KPIs.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing, mentoring, and coaching passionate fundraisers to meet fundraising goals for our clients.
  2. Training, motivating, performance managing, developing, and progressing our staff.
  3. Leading from the front, ensuring you remain attuned to the team and able to solve problems quickly.
  4. Ensuring team members meet all KPIs around signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention rates, and average age criteria.
  5. Analyzing and monitoring events performance and providing monthly updates to senior management on CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPS (cost per shift).
  6. Collaborating closely with our support team (Account Management, Data, IT, HR shared services).
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising, with hands-on experience.
  2. The ability to lead from the front and get your hands dirty, dedicating significant time to working with the team in the field to build trust and diagnose problems.
  3. A fierce work ethic and inspirational leadership style that drives the team to greatness every day.
  4. Demonstrable work experience in a modern high-performance fundraising environment, with proven track records of successes and growth.
  5. Rigorous and critical thinking skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and drive toward solutions quickly.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, including collegiality, collaboration, and creativity, to work effectively across cultures.
