Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at ISATEC Sdn. Bhd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and reporting, preparing and responsible for monthly closing of accounts and management reports, performing variance analysis and reconciliations, verifying conformance of accounting and procedural standards, working closely with external auditors and tax consultants, and assisting in preparation of budget for the company and enhancing financial processes and procedures.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's financial operations and reporting.
  • Prepare and responsible for monthly closing of accounts and management reports.
  • Perform variance analysis and reconciliations.
  • Verify conformance of accounting and procedural standards.
  • Work closely with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Assist in preparation of budget for the company.
  • Enhance financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Accounting & Reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
