Job Description

  • To assist the Head of Transaction Banking with daily scheduling and appointment arrangements.
  • To order stationery and office/IT equipment via the e-PTOP System and liaise with vendors/contractors on the upkeep of premises, repair, and maintenance.
  • To ensure the delivery of goods and services to department colleagues and monitor the compilation of orders.
  • To assist with administrative tasks related to inwards/outwards distribution of letters and couriers.

Marketing Support Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative assistance in collating and submitting periodic reports to Head Office, including cash and trade performance, client utilisation, Service Quality Index (SQI), and Key Result Area (KRA) performance.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
