Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Touch 'n Go Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvements across the organization.

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with various teams and departments to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct process assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
  • Measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make recommendations for further improvements

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial / Systems / Manufacturing / Process / Engineering, Quality Management, Process Excellence, Management Systems or similar
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Operation Management, Business Process Improvements / Transformation, Analytics, Management / Process Advisory in related fields
  • Meticulous, strong analytical skills, focused on problem-solving and able to interact with team members and partners to achieve goals
  • Strong ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and execute appropriate actions in response to data
  • A people person who can work across functional areas and levels of the organization
  • Leadership skills are essential, with the ability to lead and supervise a team and work under tight deadlines
