A leading food manufacturing company seeks a skilled professional to oversee warehouse operations.

Estimated Salary: RM 2500 - RM 4000 per month.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to supervise, record, and manage all items and goods in the warehouse. Key responsibilities include receiving and recording incoming stock, processing returns, and conducting inventory checks.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting the movement of each product in and out of inventory and generating inventory reports. These reports should include inventory levels, turnover rates, and expired products to aid decision-making.

To achieve this, you will implement and manage SAP software to streamline warehouse operations. This involves setting up the system to track inventory levels in real-time, manage order fulfillment processes, and generate performance reports for operational analysis.

You will collaborate closely with procurement, sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure inventory management aligns with the company's overall business processes.

In addition, you will ensure the warehouse is clean and safe, including regular cleaning, maintaining equipment and tools, and adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a fresh Diploma / Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in warehouse systems. You should also be proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
