  • Understanding of business architecture design, planning, and implementation approaches, methodologies, and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including coaching and overseeing team members.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with commercial and technical understanding in logistics and supply chain environments.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; other Asian language(s) beneficial.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Able to travel interstate and/or overseas as required.
