Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations and escalation of sub-region Korea, SEA, and Japan as a Senior Business Partner.
  • Ensure effective communication between category buyers and Purchasing Procurement Team.
  • Deliver timely monthly reporting for sub-region Korea, SEA, and Japan and escalate to the Head of SGS-P A/P.
  • Process incoming purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and scheduling agreements.
  • Drive KPI and target achievement within acknowledged SLAs between country locations.
  • Successfully handle, transmit, and support Service Now ticketing platform.
  • Implement order processes including delivery schedules, SAP orders, correction of B2B documents, COUPA, and Purchasing Tickets.
  • Monitor order confirmations, delivery dates, and process escalations if necessary.
  • Manage data and content activities.
  • Process workflows in the system and other deviations from the Finance department's standard invoicing/payment process.
  • Maintain material master process.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, or related field.
  • Purchasing/Procurement knowledge, SAP MM, and proficiency in Korean (speaking and writing) are mandatory.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience.
