Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for creating development plans, forecasting sales targets, and identifying market opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create business development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections
- IDentify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
- Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
- Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare financial projections and sales targets
- Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences
- Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
- Produce reports for management
Requirements:
Education Background: Possess a bachelor's degree in Material Science, Science, Electronic, Semiconductor or any related field
Experience: At least 2-3 years of sales and marketing or business development experience in chemical, electronics, Semiconductor industry
Skills:
- Experience in planning and executing a 1 and 5 year business plan, and managing product launches and campaigns
- Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimum supervision, result-oriented personality
- Special skills: solid technical background, sales skills, communication skills, sound judgement and good business sense, organisational skills, team working ability, the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, analytical and problem-solving skills, resilience and tenacity, independence and self-reliance, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willing to travel
