Job Summary:

Infinite EPC SDN BHD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring project quality plans, working programs, and assisting the Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow and progressive claim preparation.

You will provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout, ensuring that the owner's expectations are met. Additionally, you will plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction works at the site, ensuring that site personnel follow company rules and regulations.

You will also prepare quantities for variation order works and quotations, ensuring that our installation, servicing, and/or maintenance works are performed according to drawing contract specifications and work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend site progress meetings, coordination meetings, safety meetings, and site inspections.
  2. Attend valuation of progress claims with clients and/or consultants' representatives.
  3. Ensure the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
  4. Adhere to quotation and tender management policies and practices in performing daily tasks.
  5. Obtain necessary and update documents to ensure availability of documents (e.g., pricing and technical data) for tender submission.
  6. Prepare quotations and proposed drawings as per client requirements and standard operating procedures.
  7. Responsible for on-time delivery of all assigned tenders/quotation.
  8. Keep pricing and other information regarding quotation and tender confidential.
  9. Adhere to AUTOCAD drawing as per client requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, and OUTLOOK.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
