  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience in a recruitment agency
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Diploma/degree in business or any equivalent field
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation
  • Computer literate knowledge
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
