Job Description:
This is an excellent chance to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager and contribute to shaping our sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
  2. Preparing and executing action plans for effective search and engagement with sales leads and prospects.
  3. Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new channels.
  4. Managing and implementing marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
  5. Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
  6. Maintaining accurate and competitive pricing on all prospect applications, striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
  7. Maintaining accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
  8. Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  9. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring communication and implementation within the team.
  10. Ensuring all sales activities meet or exceed established standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
  11. Managing account receivables in existing and new sales channels.
  12. Executing promotion plans in offline and online channels.
  13. Overseeing effective displays of POSM in retail stores.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the pet food or food industry.
  3. A strong understanding of sales processes, strategy development, and execution.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. The ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  6. The ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

What We Offer:
We are offering a highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
