Procurement Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition of indirect goods and services.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.

You will also be responsible for processing purchase requests, converting them into purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant Corporate Procurement guidelines and policies.

You will work closely with local country organizations and GBS to ensure close collaboration and identification of potential risks in the procurement process. Additionally, you will analyze the needs for assigned spend categories, define and execute sourcing strategies and tactics to meet business goals, and report activities regularly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in a similar position, a degree in business administration or similar education, and fluency in English. Proficient knowledge of MS Office is also required, along with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

You should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, have a positive attitude, and be proactive and hardworking. Trustworthiness, maturity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential qualities for this role.

In addition, you will need procurement know-how and experience, knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems, and flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and business requirements.
