The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting project timelines, managing paperwork, coordinating meetings, and extrapolating data for internal numbers and billing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timeline Development: Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project timelines. Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are clearly defined and communicated.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials. Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Data Extrapolation: Collect and analyze project data to support internal reporting and decision-making. Prepare reports on project progress, budget status, and other key metrics.
- Billing and Financial Coordination: Assist in tracking project expenses and preparing billing evidences. Work with the operation team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
