About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our Businesslist team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and overseeing tax stamp purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics operations with vendors, forwarders, and 3PL providers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
  2. Manage air/ocean shipments, resolve product quality issues, and arrange rework for damaged goods, minimizing costs and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  3. Update stock levels in ERP systems, perform regular inventory counts, and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  4. Oversee tax stamp purchases, validate customs duties, and ensure shipping documents and costs are accurately recorded and reported.
  5. Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, improve service levels, and review 3PL performance on a regular basis.
  6. Train 3PL users on ERP systems and prepare comprehensive reports for regional teams, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  7. Support system upgrades, new tool implementations, and process improvements, driving operational efficiency and innovation.
  8. Maintain accurate product data and ensure supply chain processes meet regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
  9. Prepare detailed reports for month-end (e.g., stock reconciliations) and handle customs and license renewals, ensuring seamless transitions.
  10. Work closely with other teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) to support business objectives and provide assistance as needed.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is required, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Healthcare industries.

  • Proficient in JD Edwards (preferred) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
