Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and proforma invoices meticulously.
2. Monitor and follow up on payments to ensure timely settlements.
3. Assist in managing staff leaves and processing claims for workshop personnel.
4. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
5. Coordinate with suppliers for ordering necessary materials and supplies.
6. Assist in maintaining the flow of work within the workshop by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
7. Collaborate with the Workshop to optimize workflow and productivity.
8. To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement:
1.Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
2.Able to work independently with high limited guidance.
3.Willing to work at Rawang, Selangor.
