- In charge for employee documents filing
- Daily record for employee attendance
- Daily record for employee annual leave, mc leave & etc
- Record in/out transaction of documents
- Ensure all documents kept in orderly manner and secure
- Prepare medical form, confirmation letter and any letter regarding HR for crews
- To manage the hiring process, schedule interviews and prepare interview materials
- Prepare/arrange all matter regarding Training. (HRDCORP)
