**Company Overview**

Our client has five subsidiaries. As a leading manufacturer of the sugar confectionery products in Malaysia such as fruit gummy, candies, chocolate, wafers and snacks, its business was extended to beverage from the year 2010. Our client's products are now distributed not only in Malaysia but also in overseas market which are South East Asia, Middle East, East Asia, north America and Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the group;
- Assist with payroll process;
- Monitoring salary structures and recommending new salary schemes for competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary;
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks;
- Ensure all relevant daily HR operations comply with company policy and government requirements;
- Responsible for employees’ insurance matters and renewals;
- Generate HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting;
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Psychology or any related field.
- Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Have basic knowledge on how to use Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Possess 1 year of working experience in HR related field & payroll experience.
- Positive mindset
- Enjoys taking initiative on work and contributes ideas for company's growth
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
- Possess own transportation.
- Location: Rawang

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
