Job description
Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

At least 1 year working experience preferably in Wood Manufacturing environment and fresh graduate encourage to apply.

Computer skills MS Office [Word & Excel], Auto Cad experience.

Practical and logical qualities and a methodical way of thinking.

A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Strong numeracy and financial management skills and the ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages.

The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people.

Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Location: Olak Lempit, Banting, Selangor.

15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

Responsibilities :

To carry out and implement daily sales activities as per the SOP sales order procedures and work instructions.

To attend and follow up with the overseas project on prospect, customer and agent trade enquiries.

To prepare costing and price proposal enquiries with agreement from superior that meet the customer requirement.

To closely monitoring and making effort to gather the information to meet the customer required specification in order to close sales.

To follow up and update the quoted Project enquiries.

To plan and calculate the material required and checking with Purchasing Department and MPPC on the availability of material upon confirmation of customer's order.

To verify Job Docket to production after order confirmation and receipt of payment term prior submit to Department Head for approval .

To monitor the payment collection and make sure the collection is received within the collection period for the assigned.

To closely monitor the progress of production on the order and update the customer if there are any changes and delay on the delivery.

To handle customer complains and work hand in hand with production and quality team members to ensure corrective and preventive action is executed and followed through.

岗位职责：

* 按照标准作业程序（SOP）及销售订单流程与作业指引，执行并落实日常销售工作。

* 跟进海外项目，包括潜在客户、现有客户及代理商的业务询盘。

* 根据客户需求，准备成本核算与价格方案，并须经上级同意后提交。

* 密切跟踪客户需求规格，积极收集相关信息，以促成订单成交。

* 跟进并更新已报价的项目询盘进度。

* 在客户订单确认后，规划及计算所需物料，并与采购部及 MPPC 核实物料库存情况。

* 在订单确认并收到付款条件后，核对生产作业单（Job Docket），再提交给部门主管审批。

* 跟进付款进度，确保在规定的收款周期内完成款项回收。

* 密切监控生产进度，如有任何变动或交期延误，及时向客户更新情况。

* 处理客户投诉，并与生产及质量团队密切合作，确保纠正及预防措施得到落实与跟进。

报告事项：

需每月准备以下报告：

* KPI 及 Sandmerit 报告

* 总体交付进度表（Master Delivery Schedule）

* 月度销售汇总（Monthly Sales Summary）
