**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
- Must possess a valid driving license, own transport and be willing to travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
- **Working days & hours: Monday-Friday (08.30am-05.30pm).**:

- Location: Banting, Selangor.
- 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Inquiries and Proposals**:

- Handle all incoming customer inquiries, providing technical support and detailed explanations on product specifications, designs, and material options.
- Prepare product proposals, quotations,proforma invoices, and sales contracts based on customer requirements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and aligned with the company pricing strategy,
- Ensure all that proposals are submitted within the agreed timeline and reflect the customers requirements and expectations.

**Leads Generation**:

- Identify potential customers and projects with high business potential, utilizing various methods including market research, industry trends, and independent prospecting.
- Proactively seek out and follow up on leads, ensuring they align with the company's offerings and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and assess the quality of leads, focusing on those with the highest potential for conversion and long-term value.
- Maintain effective communication with potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement to nurture relationships and opportunities.

**Coordination with Technical and Design Teams**:

- Coordinate closely with the Draughtsman and Technical design Executive to confirm all technical drawings and design specifications before presenting then final proposal to the customer.
- Work with the design team to ensure that any customer revisions or feedback are reflected in the drawings and designs before final approval.
- Verify material specifications and ensure that any unique customer requirements are factored into the design and production plan.

**Sales Contract Finalization**:

- After receiving customer approval, prepare the sales contract with all necessary clarifications,including product details,lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure that all terms, including payment schedules, warranty clauses, and technical specifications, are clearly outlined in the contract.
- Collaborate with the Post-Sales Executive to ensure a smooth handover of the contract, ensuring all critical information is shared for the production phase.
- In case of any variation or deviation from the original customer order or sales contract, notify the customer promptly and prepare a Variation Order (VO) for their approval before any changes are made to the project scope or costs.

**Material Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Draughtsman and Post-Sales Executive to verify material calculation requirements for each order, prepared by Post-Sales Executive.
- Prepare the Material Request form based on approved drawings and specifications, ensuring all materials are identified before procurement.
- Ensure that the Post-Sales team signs off on the Material Request to confirm alignment between pre-sales and post-sales.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales by handing over all relevant documents, including the approved sales contract, technical specifications, and material lists.
- Coordinate closely with the Post-Sales Executive to ensure that all customer expectations and requirements are understood before production starts.
- Follow up with the Post-Sales Executive to ensure that production timelines and delivery schedules are on track, keeping the customer informed as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with the Draughtsman, Technical Design Executive, and Post-Sales Executive to ensure that all pre-sales activities are aligned with post-sales operations.
- Engage in regular discussions with the customer to ensure that any potential issues are identified and addressed early, preventing delays or misunderstandings in the production phase.
- Work closely with the production team and other internal departments to ensure that all customer expectations are met.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and update various reports, including:

- Maintain and update a database of customer inquiries, quotations, and contracts, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and accessible.
- Submit monthly reports on pre-sales activities, including lead generation, inquiries handled, proposals submitted, and contracts finalized.
- Update and submit personal KPIs in the Sandmerit System on time, ensuring performance targets are tracked accurately.

**Others**
- You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
